MODERN-SLAVERY POLICY STATEMENT

This statement sets out Vintage Trading Solutions' actions in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes its anti-slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2023. The statement identifies the steps taken to identify all potential modern slavery risks related to the business and ensure there is no slavery or human trafficking in any part of the business or its supply chain.

Vintage Trading Solutions are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in all its activities and to ensuring that its supply chain is free from slavery and human trafficking. Vintage Trading Solutions fully support the government’s objective of eradicating modern slavery and human trafficking.

As well as employing people in the UK, the group maintains relationships with many different organisations in its supply chain throughout the world.

We adopt a risk-based approach to our anti-slavery diligence process on suppliers, depending on whether we are sourcing from the UK or overseas suppliers. All suppliers are required to sign our sourcing terms and conditions, with additional screening processes adopted where considered appropriate. We expect all our suppliers to adopt the highest ethical standards and will assess any issues of non-compliance on a case-by-case basis.

This statement has been approved by the Vintage Trading Solutions board, which will review and update it on an annual basis.
